These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Payment
Payments thorough Paypal account or by Credit/Debit Cards through Paypal, are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full before shipping of goods. Goods remain the property of the woodtrick.co.uk until paid for in full.
Please allow up to 5 working days for clearance of BACS and Electronic transfers before despatch of your goods.
Shipping, Warranty, Return Policy
All items will be shipped out within 24 hours after payment has been verified. Unless otherwise agreed all items will be shipped via Royal Mail. All orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be shipped out in 72 hours. We will not take responsibility for item loss due to wrong or unknown address, delivery delay or items lost in transit unless sent via Registered Post.
Warranty
Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged and caused as a result of improper installation or using. The warranty does not cover physical damage, damage from liquids, thermal and chemical damage and damage due to improper use of the item. Defective products must be returned with original packages. Buyers pay shipping fees to return products for exchange or refund. Please contact us via email prior to sending defective items. If a fault occurs within the first 14 days or you have received different item then ordered we can offer a full refund or replace, once the faulty goods have been returned and a fault is found.
Return Policy
The refund will be processed within 7 days from the date of receiving the item. Unwanted items or items purchased by mistake can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. No refund will be given for the cost of shipping. All items must be returned unused with original packing and documentation delivered by Company.
Cancellation Policy
Minimum 24 hours’ notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, via email will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to charge up to 20% of order value to cover any subsequent administrative expenses and restock the goods.
